Seeking a mid-level associate (6th–8th year) to join a nationally recognized antitrust and competition litigation team. The role is open to candidates based in the United States, with primary hiring locations including Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York.

The successful candidate will handle complex civil antitrust litigation and/or government enforcement and internal investigations, including discovery management, drafting pretrial motions, and representing clients before federal and state courts and enforcement agencies. Prior federal clerkship and a background in economics or related fields are a plus.

Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the bar where they will be based. Please be prepared to submit a resume, law school transcript, writing sample, and cover letter on request.

6–8 years post-qualification experience in antitrust and competition matters
Experience with civil antitrust litigation and/or government enforcement and internal investigations
Proven track record handling discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and managing complex cases
Experience representing clients before federal and state courts and enforcement agencies (e.g., DOJ, FTC)
Bar admission or eligibility in the jurisdiction of practice
Federal clerkship experience and/or academic or professional background in economics preferred
