Top-tier international law firm seek an associate to join its San Diego capital markets team. The group handles a full range of securities matters for issuers, underwriters and private equity clients, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, high‑yield and investment‑grade debt, direct listings and other public company work.

The role offers exposure to complex, cross-border capital raisings and ongoing public‑company advice, working with a national securities team and experienced capital‑markets practitioners across U.S. financial centers. You'll work on deal documentation, SEC and listing applications, and regulatory/compliance issues tied to public offerings.

This is an opportunity for a motivated, collaborative lawyer to develop market-leading capital markets experience within a busy, high‑profile practice.

Minimum of 2 years' securities/capital markets and/or public company experience.
J.D. from an accredited law school and active or pending bar admission in California.
Experience drafting offering documents, SEC filings and transactional agreements.
Strong drafting, regulatory research and client‑service skills; ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively across offices.
