JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the state where you are officing
Minimum 4 years of public company and capital markets experience
Experience with public companies' ongoing periodic reporting
Strong knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as Nasdaq and NYSE listing and governance requirements
Experience working with issuers, underwriters, and financial intermediaries in structuring and executing securities offerings and providing disclosure advice
Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred
