Seeking a mid‑to‑senior associate to join a national capital markets and public company practice. The role is open to candidates across multiple U.S. offices and will focus on public company reporting and compliance, corporate governance, and capital markets matters for issuer and underwriter clients.

Work will include advising public-company clients on ongoing disclosure and listing requirements, supporting securities offerings and related transactions, and coordinating with deal teams across life sciences, technology, and digital-asset industry verticals. The position offers hybrid office arrangements and collaborative work across offices.

JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant state
Minimum ~4 years of public company and capital markets experience
Strong knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933, the Exchange Act of 1934, and Nasdaq/NYSE listing and governance rules
Experience advising issuers and underwriters on securities offerings and disclosure; large-firm securities experience preferred
Excellent legal writing, research, communication, and project-management skills
