M&A and ECVC Associate

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking mid-level and senior associates to join its M&A and Emerging Company / Venture Capital practices in San Diego. In this role, you will take a leading part in sophisticated M&A transactions and counsel emerging and established companies, investors, strategics, and other market participants on a broad range of strategic transactions, capital market and/or venture capital financings, and general corporate matters.

Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of experience in M&A, corporate governance, capital markets, and/or venture capital. Admission to the California bar in good standing is required.

The target salary range for this position is $260,000–$390,000, commensurate with experience and other factors. The firm also offers bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
