We are seeking highly qualified associates with a minimum of two years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity transactions to join our corporate practice in Southern California. This is an opportunity to work on complex, cross-border deals as part of a market-leading global team.

Our M&A practice handles a full spectrum of transactions, from routine engagements to transformational deals, for a diversified client base. We provide integrated advice across board counselling, capital markets, ESG, executive compensation, leveraged finance, and tax, and help clients navigate regulatory challenges and shareholder activism.

Our private equity team advises leading sponsors through the entire investment lifecycle, from initial investment to exit. With a global platform and deep experience in carve-outs, spinoffs, and going-private transactions, we deliver seamless support to private equity clients and their portfolio companies.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity transactions
Strong academic credentials and transactional law firm experience
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
