Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree
Admitted to practice in New York
Experience in securities law, corporate governance and shareholder activism matters
Experience with equity capital markets transactions and preparing registration statements and Exchange Act disclosure
Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills; able to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams
