This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced technology transactions associate to join a premier global law firm in our San Francisco or Silicon Valley office. You will work at the forefront of digital, data, intellectual property, and emerging technology matters, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence.

In this role, you will:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including technology licenses, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
Support corporate transactions involving technology and IP assets, including mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence.
Provide strategic counsel on product development and commercialization, with an emphasis on AI-related legal and regulatory issues.
Advise clients across diverse industries on IP protection, data privacy, and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California Bar in good standing.
Significant experience in corporate technology transactions, either in a law firm or in-house.
