We are seeking an associate to join our Technology & Life Sciences practice in San Francisco. This role focuses on transactional life sciences work, drawing on experience with partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements, including cross-border matters.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a large law firm environment, with a strong background in life sciences commercial agreements such as supply, manufacturing, master services, research, and clinical trial agreements. Experience supporting IP transactions in the context of M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets is also expected.

Undergraduate or graduate science degree and/or medical device experience preferred, but not required.
Must be admitted to the California bar, or eligible to seek prompt admission.
Compensation includes a target salary range of $260,000–$390,000, plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

3+ years of experience in life sciences transactions at a large law firm

Experience with life sciences commercial agreements (supply, manufacturing, master services, research, clinical trial agreements)
IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets
