Technology Corporate – Junior Associate

We are seeking a highly qualified 2025 class associate to join our technology practice in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have experience working in teams and managing substantial components of transactions independently.

• Represent technology companies in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
• Handle early- and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and/or private and public offerings.
• Demonstrate outstanding academic credentials, comparable firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly and a deal sheet are required.

Requirements:

• Class of 2025 law school graduate.
• Experience in venture capital, M&A, and/or technology transactions, preferably with technology company clients.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain it promptly.
