The role supports finance attorneys and other transactional and non-transactional practice groups.
The position includes participation in an enhanced lateral mentor program, access to professional development and pro bono opportunities, and a hybrid work model (office Monday–Thursday with remote periods available). Salary range is expected to be between $310,000 and $390,000, with potential eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus.
- 4–6 years of finance practice experience (mid-level associate)
- Demonstrated experience with secured lending transactions and drafting/negotiating security documentation
- Familiarity with preparing and reviewing security interest opinions
- Knowledge of UCC Article 9 and Article 8 issues, and interest in staying current on related law changes
- Strong academic credentials and solid law firm experience; collaborative team player
