Mid-level associate opportunity in a busy New York fund finance group. The team advises financial sponsors, lenders and alternative-asset managers on subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, management-company and other upper-tier financings.

The role offers hands-on transactional work within a collaborative, growing practice. Candidates will join a deal-focused team supporting lenders and sponsor clients on fund-level and sponsor-level financings.

3–5 years' PQE in fund finance or related finance work at a law firm, bank, or in-house for a sponsor
Experience with subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities and management-company/upper-tier financings
Admission to the New York Bar
Strong academic and drafting/transactional skills; ability to manage deal workflow on cross-functional teams
