- 3–5 years of experience advising on export/import controls, sanctions, investment controls or related regulatory matters
- Strong legal research, drafting and project-management skills
- Experience with foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) issues preferred
- Juris Doctor and active bar admission (or eligibility); excellent communication and teamwork skills
