Apply in confidence →Experienced litigation team is seeking an associate with securities litigation experience to join a national litigation practice. The group handles high‑stakes securities class actions, derivative suits, M&A and “busted deal” disputes, SEC and regulatory enforcement, and professional‑liability matters.
The role involves briefing and motion practice, fact and expert discovery, and active participation in case strategy for pre‑trial and trial matters. You will work on complex federal and state court litigation and coordinate with teams defending or advising corporate clients, boards, and financial institutions.
The position is open across multiple U.S. offices and will suit candidates aiming to develop as trial‑ready securities litigators within a large, cross‑office practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of securities litigation experience (civil or regulatory)
- Strong motion and brief writing skills; courtroom and deposition experience preferred
- Experience with M&A‑related litigation, derivative suits, or SEC enforcement matters a plus
- Excellent academic credentials and strong research/analysis skills
- Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to waive into jurisdiction
