J.D. (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission
Minimum of 1+ years of substantive, transactional law-firm experience (preferably securitization/debt capital markets)
Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills; commercial awareness
Excellent written and oral communication, organization and time-management skills
