Join a market-leading aviation finance team in London, working on a broad range of cross-border aircraft finance, leasing and asset-finance transactions. The team advises airlines, lessors, financiers and investors on complex financings, sale & leasebacks, portfolio deals and export-credit or tax-driven structures.

As an associate you will be immersed in live transactions, taking ownership of workstreams, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating closings across jurisdictions and supporting client relationships. There are also opportunities to support contentious matters such as lease enforcement and repossession disputes.

The role is part of a fully integrated global aviation practice, offering exposure to regulatory, tax, disputes and commercial aspects of aviation work, international secondments and a clear path for progression within a collaborative team.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent; up to 5 years' PQE.
Experience in aviation finance or closely related asset/structured finance practice preferred; strong finance or corporate experience considered.
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on finance/lease documentation.
Commercial awareness, strong communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused approach.
Willingness to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development and knowledge-sharing.
