Associate - Speciality Litigation, Sheffield

Join a specialist liability defence team in Sheffield handling sensitive and complex negligence, public and employers' liability claims for public sector bodies, private organisations and insurers. The role is hybrid and full-time.

You will manage a diverse defendant caseload, working on a mix of high-value and routine matters, supported by hands-on mentoring, clear progression pathways and ongoing professional development.

The team uses pragmatic, process-driven litigation approaches and technology-enabled workflows to deliver efficient, data-led outcomes while maintaining high standards of client service.

• Minimum 2 years' PQE with relevant defendant litigation experience (public sector experience desirable)
• Proven ability to manage a complex and varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational, analytical and written/verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team player with experience working across multidisciplinary teams
