Leading international structured finance team in London is hiring an associate with strong securitization and structured finance experience. The group advises on bespoke capital-raising and investment solutions and regularly handles cross-border, market-leading structured finance transactions.

Work includes advising a broad range of market participants on both mainstream and non‑standard securitisations and structured financings, drawing on finance, insolvency and tax expertise. The role offers exposure to complex, innovative structures across a variety of asset classes.

Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in structured finance/securitisation transactions
Proven transactional drafting and deal execution experience on structured finance matters
Comfortable working on cross-border financings and coordinating with multi‑jurisdictional teams
Eligible to work in the UK and able to be based in London
