Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an associate to join its Technology & Communications team in Milan.

The successful candidate will support the team's professionals and advise a diverse client base of leading Italian and international companies on:

Digital and IT regulatory matters, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data, platforms, fiduciary services, and software;
IT contracting, including outsourcing, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and software licensing.

The ideal candidate has an excellent academic background, strong written and spoken English, and at least two years of post-qualification experience in this field. Key personal attributes include proactivity, problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively in dynamic and evolving environments, and a strong team orientation.

At least two years of post-qualification experience in technology transactions, outsourcing, or data security law
