Associate – Debt Restructuring & Corporate Crisis

We are seeking an Associate with 2–6 years of post-qualification experience to join our Debt Restructuring and Corporate Crisis Practice in Milan. The successful candidate will assist debtors, creditors, and investors (including institutional investors) in debt restructuring transactions, distressed M&A, and insolvency proceedings, as well as related judicial and extrajudicial corporate crisis matters.

Excellent English proficiency is required. Experience at a leading law firm, a strong academic record, and participation in international programs or professional experiences abroad are considered pluses.
