We are recruiting a lawyer or senior lawyer to join a market-leading Real Estate Investment team in Milan. This is an opportunity for an ambitious real estate lawyer to work within a global firm on high-value domestic and international real estate matters.

The role involves advising national and international investors and developers across all aspects of real estate law, including acquisitions, developments, disposals, leasing, construction and property management. You will collaborate closely with funds, finance and tax colleagues to provide comprehensive advice on structuring and implementing real estate investments.

You will join a dynamic and market-leading practice, working on a broad variety of transactions and mandates for corporate clients and investment companies. The firm offers a collaborative and inclusive environment with a commitment to professional development and agile working.

Excellent academic credentials and admission to the Italian Bar
Between 4 and 5 years' PQE, with solid experience in real estate law
Basic understanding of corporate matters
Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English; additional foreign language skills are an asset
Service-minded, organized and able to meet deadlines
Positive, can-do attitude and a desire to achieve excellence
Open to a changing environment that requires daily learning
