Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a junior associate to join its Capital Markets department, working within the Structured Finance, Regulatory and Investment Funds team.

Structured Finance: Advise on innovative and complex financial transactions, including securitisations, NPLs, covered bonds, project bonds, secured corporate debt and bespoke structured finance.
Financial Regulation: Support on compliance matters across key financial centres, regulatory change and high-profile client matters with potential reputational consequences.
Investment Funds: Assist primary investment managers on fund formation and related regulatory matters, including structuring, set-up, licensing, marketing, reorganisation and liquidation of regulated funds and managers.

Key requirements:

Law degree from an Italian university with excellent academic credentials;
New graduate with a strong interest in Capital Markets matters;
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
Proficiency in English (C1 level required);
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
