Leading German law firm is seeking a corporate lawyer to join its Hamburg team focusing on M&A, private equity and transactional matters. The role offers hands-on deal work across domestic and cross-border transactions within a broad corporate practice.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team advising corporates, sponsors and investors on acquisitions, disposals and equity transactions. The position provides exposure to complex transaction structuring, due diligence and contract drafting in a commercial, client-facing environment.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent admission.
Experience in M&A, private equity or related transactional work.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable with due diligence and deal documentation.
Fluent German and strong English for working on cross-border matters.
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage client relationships.
