Business Litigation Staff Attorney

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Business Litigation Staff Attorney to join its dynamic litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial disputes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with experience in all phases of litigation. This position is available in multiple offices nationwide.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the state of residence or ability to become admitted promptly
• 2-6 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
