Capital Markets Associate — Residential Securitization, New York

Opportunity for an associate to join a national capital markets practice focused on residential mortgage securitization and other consumer receivables transactions. The role will involve work on asset-backed securitizations across product types including credit card, auto, unsecured and student loan pools.

Candidates with 2-6 years' experience in residential mortgage loan securitization or securitization of consumer receivables are encouraged to apply. More experienced candidates and those with asset-based lending background will also be considered.

• 2-6 years' transactional experience in residential mortgage loan securitization and/or securitization of consumer receivables (credit card, auto, unsecured, student loans)
• Experience with asset-backed finance and capital markets transactions preferred
• Strong drafting and deal-execution skills on securitization documentation
