Capital Markets Mid-Level Associate

Our client, a global Am Law 50 firm, seeks a mid-level associate to join its Corporate & Securities practice group. This role offers a rare opportunity to work on sophisticated capital markets matters with direct client exposure from day one—associates join key conversations, take on real responsibility, and build client relationships earlier than typical in the industry.

You will work across the full spectrum of capital markets products, including:

• Securities Act of 1933 and 1934 Act matters
• IPOs, follow-on and other equity offerings
• High-yield and investment-grade debt offerings
• Private placement offerings
• Corporate governance
• SEC reporting and exchange listing matters

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience advising issuers and underwriters on capital markets financings, with a strong grasp of ongoing governance and SEC reporting matters. You should be confident managing day-to-day client relationships, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under time pressure while collaborating effectively across multiple projects and deadlines. Bar admission in the state where you apply is required.
