Corporate Associate – Emerging Companies & Growth

We are seeking a highly qualified associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in emerging growth companies, public companies, and/or capital markets to join our Emerging Companies & Growth practice in New York.

Our practice guides startups and emerging companies of all sizes, as well as the venture capital and growth equity partners that finance the entrepreneurial ecosystem. We advise clients from formation through equity and growth financings to public offerings and beyond, drawing on deep experience across technology, biotechnology, life sciences, and next-generation manufacturing.

We combine a global platform with market-leading capital markets and M&A expertise to help clients achieve optimal liquidity events, including innovative structures such as direct listings and deSPACs. Our clients include leading venture capital and growth equity firms, and we handle hundreds of emerging company financings each year.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, and to grow into an exceptional corporate lawyer.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emerging growth companies, public companies, and/or capital markets.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to become admitted).
