Capital Markets Mid-Level Associate

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a mid-level Capital Markets Associate to join its Corporate Practice Group. This role is available in any of the firm's US offices.

The capital markets practice handles the full range of products, including debt, equity, and equity-linked transactions for a sophisticated client base. Associates gain significant direct client exposure from the start, taking on real responsibility and building relationships early in their careers. This hands-on approach accelerates professional growth and develops strong client instincts within a collegial team environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 matters
• IPOs, follow-on, and other equity offerings
• High-yield and investment-grade debt offerings
• Private placement offerings
• Corporate governance
• SEC reporting and exchange listing matters

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of experience advising issuers and underwriters on capital markets financings and ongoing governance/SEC reporting matters
• Confidence managing day-to-day client relationships
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to operate under time pressure, prioritize multiple projects, and collaborate as a team player
• Admission to the bar in the state of application
