Our global law firm, recognized for its market-leading work in capital markets, is seeking a Capital Markets Resource Attorney to join our premier practice group. This is a non-billable role focused on enhancing our marketing and business development efforts, strengthening know-how, and enabling our practitioners to be more informed, efficient, and successful.

The attorney will not work directly for firm clients and will not bill time. Instead, you will be a strategic partner to the practice group, supporting knowledge management, client-facing resources, and professional development.

Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions.
Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements.
Mastery of the substantive area of capital markets, with enthusiasm to learn as the practice evolves.
Team player with knowledge of the technology and life sciences industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills.
Confident and engaging presenter.
Strong intellectual ability, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
