Seeking a capital markets staff attorney to join a major finance team in New York supporting commercial mortgage securitization matters. This is a non-partnership track role focused on transactional work within a structured finance group.

The attorney will support securitization transactions, prepare and review offering materials and disclosure, and interact with internal teams and external clients. Familiarity with loan-level due diligence is preferred but not required.

This role is suitable for candidates with several years of transactional capital markets or real estate finance experience who are looking for a hands-on drafting and deal-support position.

Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in capital markets, structured finance, or real estate finance
Experience drafting or reviewing offering materials and disclosure for securities or securitizations
Familiarity with loan-level due diligence preferred
Strong drafting, attention to detail, and client-facing communication skills
