This role is open across multiple UK offices and offers a supportive, development‑focused environment. You will manage litigated and pre‑litigation clinical negligence caseloads, lead investigations, instruct experts, liaise with counsel and client stakeholders, and contribute to client‑facing and business development initiatives.

Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 5 years' PQE in clinical negligence litigation
Demonstrable knowledge of clinical negligence and NHS claims handling (experience with NHS Resolution desirable)
Strong technical ability, including working knowledge of the CPR and case management
Excellent communication, investigation and evidence‑analysis skills; ability to meet tight deadlines and targets
Comfortable leading files, developing junior staff and contributing to business development
