Growing healthcare regulatory team seeks an associate to join its Birmingham office supporting healthcare providers on regulatory compliance, licensing, reimbursement, and related transactional and advisory matters. The role offers substantive client-facing work with an established team that regularly handles complex regulatory issues.

The position is full-time, on-site by default, and provides opportunities for professional development within a national platform. Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively with partners and other attorneys on client counseling, regulatory analysis, and drafting of memoranda and correspondence.

3-4 years' post-qualification experience, with law firm experience preferred
Admission to the Alabama Bar required
Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks applicable to providers
Strong legal writing, oral communication, and client-interaction skills
Residency in the Birmingham, AL area at time of hire; expected to be onsite at least three business days per week
