Senior Associate — Healthcare (EL/PL Litigation)

Senior associate opportunity within a national healthcare disputes team, working across the firm's UK offices on employer's liability and public liability matters in healthcare settings. The role will sit on a fast-moving EL/PL litigation docket, handling both fast-track and multi-track claims.

The post offers exposure to complex, often sensitive healthcare disputes involving clinical and factual issues, with responsibility for client-facing work, case strategy and evidence analysis. The role is offered on a hybrid basis with options to work from multiple UK offices.

• 8-10+ years' PQE in EL/PL litigation (healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation procedure
• Proven ability to manage a personal caseload and lead during supervision on complex matters
• Excellent drafting, analytical and client communication skills; pragmatic, client-focused approach
