National law firm is seeking an experienced commercial real estate staff attorney to join its Real Estate team. The role supports transactional work across acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition matters and will work with teams in the Washington, D.C., Baltimore, or Tysons Corner offices.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling title and survey due diligence, preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documentation, and coordinating closings. The role requires strong drafting, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.

Applicants must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction. The hiring team values professionalism, attention to detail, and a client-service mindset.

Minimum of 8 years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting
Demonstrated experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing
Proficiency in title and survey due diligence and closing coordination
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
