Conflicts Attorney

We are seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join our New Business Intake (NBI) team in our New York office. Reporting to the Heads of Conflicts, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's compliance and risk management efforts, with a focus on conflicts of interest, new business intake, and client due diligence. This is a full-time, permanent position.

• Admitted as an Attorney in New York or another US state.
• Prior experience with conflicts of interest is preferred but not required—full training on firm systems and policies will be provided.
• Excellent research and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and understanding of risk in a law firm environment.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Strong verbal, written, and in-person communication skills, including with senior partners and legal assistants.
