Corporate Associate (1-2 years) — M&A & Venture Capital, Palo Alto

Well-regarded Palo Alto corporate group is seeking a junior associate to join a dynamic, internationally oriented practice advising entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions and growth companies. The team has a strong technology and life-sciences focus and regularly handles financings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters for high-growth clients.

• Juris Doctor (from an accredited law school) and admission or eligibility for admission to the relevant state bar
• 1–2 years of transactional corporate experience (private and/or public company matters)
• Hands-on experience with financings, M&A and general corporate work; experience with high-growth/technology or life-sciences clients preferred
• Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and strong academic record
