Corporate Associate — Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance, Palo Alto

Seeking an associate to join a Palo Alto corporate team focusing on securities regulation and corporate governance. The role involves advising public company clients on governance standards and governance issues arising in connection with initial public offerings.

Work will include counseling on Exchange Act disclosure obligations and other securities-law matters, drafting and research, and collaborating with cross-office transactional teams. The team is looking for candidates who can produce high-quality written work and who have demonstrated academic achievement.

• Law school graduation in 2020–2024
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance, including governance matters in IPOs
• Familiarity with securities regulation and Exchange Act disclosure requirements
• Strong academic record and proven writing and research skills
