Corporate Securities Regulation & Governance Associate — Palo Alto

A leading law firm is seeking a corporate governance and securities lawyer to join its Palo Alto team. The role centers on advising public companies on the full range of corporate governance matters, including governance standards and the governance considerations that arise in connection with initial public offerings.

The position also involves counsel on securities regulation, with a focus on Exchange Act disclosure requirements. The successful candidate will work with public company clients on complex, high-stakes corporate matters.

• Candidates from law school class years 2020 to 2024
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance matters, including corporate governance standards and governance matters in IPOs
• Experience advising on securities regulation matters, including Exchange Act disclosure requirements
• Strong academic credentials
• Demonstrated strong writing and research skills
