Corporate Associate - ECVC

Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Emerging Growth & Startups practice. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative companies and investors on a range of corporate and transactional matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients in the venture capital and emerging companies space, including formation, financing, and general corporate counseling. This position is open to candidates across multiple offices.

• 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on emerging growth companies and venture capital.
• Strong transactional experience, including entity formation, equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to become admitted promptly).
