Corporate Associate — Energy, Environmental & Projects

National law firm is seeking a corporate associate to join its Energy, Environmental & Projects team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and focuses on transactional work for energy and infrastructure clients, with significant overlap on environmental and project-related matters.

The team handles M&A, joint ventures, project development and related commercial agreements for clients across the energy sector. The role offers exposure to cross-disciplinary matters and collaboration with experienced deal teams.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Prior experience on corporate transactions, ideally including M&A, joint ventures or project development in the energy or environmental sectors
• Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; comfortable working on multi-office teams
• Ability to manage timelines, interact with clients and contribute to business development efforts
