Corporate Associate – Secondaries

We are seeking associates with strong corporate and private equity experience to join our highly-regarded secondaries practice. The role involves working on LP-led portfolio sales, GP-led transactions (including single- and multi-asset continuation vehicles, strip sales, and tender offers), as well as GP stakes and management company investments. Candidates will have the opportunity to work directly with leading practitioners, receive hands-on training, and engage in meaningful client interaction on cutting-edge matters.

• Law school class years 2018 to 2023
• Experience in corporate law, ideally with a focus on private equity or secondary transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (New York preferred)
