Our firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join our global Corporate & Finance practice, focusing on infrastructure, energy, resources, and projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, cross-border transactions within a dynamic and collaborative team.

Advise clients on a range of project development, financing, and M&A matters across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, manage due diligence processes, and support project delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices, leveraging a global platform to serve leading clients in the industry.
Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership within the practice.

Candidates should have strong academic credentials, relevant experience in projects or energy transactions, and excellent communication and drafting skills.

Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate, finance, or projects work.
Experience in infrastructure, energy, resources, or project finance is preferred.
Strong legal research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
Admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction.
