Top-tier international law firm is seeking a Corporate Funds Associate to join its private funds team in New York. The role offers exposure to a national-calibre private funds practice and work across a range of fund formation and private equity matters.

Qualified candidates will contribute to transactional workstreams, draft and negotiate fund documentation, and collaborate with deal teams on fund-related corporate matters. The team values strong writing, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage both independent assignments and collaborative projects.

3–5 years of transactional experience, preferably with private funds or investment management exposure
Prior corporate/transactional background
Excellent drafting and analytical skills; strong attention to detail
Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission in the near term
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced practice
