Mid-level corporate associate role on a U.S. law firm's active M&A team in New York. The role centers on managing and executing public and private company M&A transactions with increasing autonomy.

• Excellent academic record; admitted to and in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Strong drafting, deal-management, and client-facing skills; commercial judgment and business-development orientation.
