Corporate M&A Associate

Join our Corporate M&A team in Luxembourg, working on a diverse mix of local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. • Qualified lawyer with a law degree, preferably with distinction (an LL.M. from an American or English university is an asset)
• At least 4 years of corporate experience in a law firm environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and a collaborative team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and deliver high-quality client service
