Deliver a comprehensive range of legal services on all aspects of financial law.
Assist clients on complex advisory mandates and finance transactions involving numerous participants and jurisdictions.
Draft and negotiate finance documentation, demonstrating familiarity with the latest trends, precedents, and market standards.
Provide sound commercial and legal advice to clients.
Contribute know-how and experience to the team.
Liaise with leading institutions and colleagues across other jurisdictions.

European qualified lawyer.
2–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Outstanding academic qualifications.
Range of experience and strong interest in non-contentious regulatory matters, capital markets, banking, and/or other finance-related law.
Fluent written and spoken English and German (French an asset).
Exceptional networking skills.
