We are seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join our Funds & Asset Management team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will support the team by conducting legal research, drafting memoranda and client briefings, and developing know-how resources. You will monitor regulatory developments, contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, and help maintain and enhance the team's template library and knowledge platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong research and drafting skills who is keen to develop expertise in investment funds and asset management.

Excellent academic background in law, with experience in legal research, drafting, and publishing articles.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Interest or experience in investment funds, asset management, and related regulatory developments; previous exposure to funds, asset management, or financial services matters is a strong advantage.
Candidates with experience in other legal practice areas or professional support/knowledge management roles will be considered if they demonstrate transferable skills and a genuine interest in developing funds expertise.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and deadlines.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, seeing projects through to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative, with a pragmatic and hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
Able to work effectively with lawyers and business professionals across all levels of seniority.
Fluent in English and French; German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset.
Strong command of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with knowledge management systems or legal technology is an advantage.
