Associate – Corporate M&A

We are seeking an Associate to join our Corporate M&A team in Luxembourg. You will work on a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and general corporate law advice, on both local and cross-border projects.

• At least 4 years of corporate experience within a law firm
• Fully qualified lawyer with a law degree, preferably with distinction
• An LL.M. from an American or English university is an asset
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French
• Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and commitment to client service
