Banking & Finance Associate

We are seeking a qualified Banking & Finance Associate to join our Real Estate Finance practice in Luxembourg. This team handles international banking matters, including regulatory work, syndicated lending, investment-grade and leveraged acquisition finance, and debt restructuring.

• Advise investment banks, commercial banks, investment funds, governments, and public entities on complex cross-border transactions.
• Work in a diverse, collaborative environment on local and international projects.

• At least three years' post-qualification experience in a banking department of a law firm, ideally in Luxembourg.
• Strong interest in banking and finance law.
• Fully qualified lawyer.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Dynamic, proactive, with excellent communication, technical, and writing skills.
