We are seeking a junior banking and finance lawyer to join our finance practice in Luxembourg. You will work on complex cross-border transactions, advising investment banks, commercial banks, investment funds, governments, and public entities.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting senior lawyers on a range of banking and finance matters, including syndicated lending, investment grade, leveraged acquisition finance, and debt restructuring.
Contributing to regulatory work and transaction documentation.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across jurisdictions.

Requirements:

A law degree, preferably with honours. An LL.M. from a UK or US university is a strong asset.
Admission to a foreign bar or successful completion of the CCDL.
1–2 years of experience in banking and finance law.
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
