The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate governance. Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions and build strong client relationships is essential. Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)

• J.D. from a top-tier law school and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Significant experience in corporate law, including transactions and client management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to generate and maintain a portable book of business.
• Leadership experience and ability to supervise junior attorneys.
