• Admitted and in good standing in the state where you will work; additional state admissions a plus.
• 2–6 years post‑qualification experience overall; litigation candidates typically 3–6 years of federal litigation experience.
• Experience in cyber incident response, breach management, regulatory investigations, or related privacy and data protection work.
• Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills; comfortable with crisis response and client communications.
