Cyber and Data Privacy Attorney

Our cyber team is a fast-growing and energetic group acting for a wide variety of cyber insurers and major corporates. We provide nationwide litigation defense as well as 24/7/365 breach response services, and work closely with our global cyber team covering nearly 25 jurisdictions worldwide.

This position is based out of any of our US offices, with flexible hybrid arrangements considered. Our culture fosters daily global collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have at least one of the following sets of experience:

• Litigation: Minimum 3–6 years of federal litigation experience, including proposing litigation strategy, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, drafting reports, pleadings, discovery, and motions, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations and trials.
• Incident Response: Minimum 2–6 years of cyber incident response work, including crisis management, broader regulatory and data risk issues, advising clients on incident response, and handling investigations brought by regulators arising out of data breaches and privacy matters.

Candidates must be admitted and in good standing in the state where they apply to work; additional admissions in other states are a plus.

• Minimum 3–6 years of federal litigation experience or 2–6 years of cyber incident response experience
